1. By way of this petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.339/2008 registered at Police Station Krishna Nagar, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/325/341/34 of the IPC and the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom against them.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that the aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2, namely, Dhanbir. In the said scuffle dated 15.08.2008, respondent Nos.2 Crl.M.C. No.2951/2015 Page 1 of 7 to 5 had received injuries. Thereafter, parties have amicably settled their disputes before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi vide settlement/agreement dated 09.04.2015. Therefore, the aforesaid respondents do not wish to pursue the case further against the petitioners.
