1. This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks quashing of FIR No.595/2014 on 30.07.2014, registered under Section 325, 34 IPC at police station Jamia Nagar, on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties.

2. Issue notice.

Mr. Amit Ahlawat, Additional Public Prosecutor, and Mr. Mani Mishra, Advocate, enters appearance and accept notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, as well as respondent No.3, respectively. The petitioners as well as complainant, who is arrayed as respondent No.3, are all present in person and are also identified by the Investigating Officer, Sub Crl.M.C. No.4804/2014 Page 1 of 7 Inspector Rajpal in Court today.
