2. The appellant has suffered an ex-parte decree on September 26, 2012.

3. The respondent/plaintiff proved at the trial that he purchased the non- judicial e-stamp papers Ex.PW-1/3 on November 25, 2011 by paying stamp duty in sum of `1,68,000/- (Rupees One Lac and Sixty Eight Thousand only) for purchasing property No.80/65-A, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. He has also proved the sale deed Ex.PW-1/2
