1. The RFA impugns the judgment and decree dated 30th September, 2004 of the Court of the learned Addl. District Judge, Delhi in Suit RFA No596/2004 & RSA No.232/2004 Page 1 of 35 No.278/02/95 filed by the appellant. The RSA impugns the judgment and decree also dated 30th Septembe
