1. Pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2015, the defendants No.1 and 2 are present.
2. Counsel for the plaintiff and the defendants No.1 and 2 state that during the pendency of the present suit, upon being referred to mediation, they have been able to arrive at a settlement, as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 23.03.2015, whereunder the terms and conditions of the settlement have been specifically laid down in para 6.
3. Counsel for the plaintiff and the defendants No.1 and 2 state that the defendants acknowledge the plaintiff to be the proprietor of the trademark, "CNN" and other CNN formative trademarks and have undertaken not to use "CNN" or "CNN-Crimes News Network" as word mark or in label form or any other mark as mentioned and recorded in the Settlement Agreement. The other terms and conditions of the settlement have also been set out in the Settlement Agreement.
