1. The revision petitions challenge the common impugned order dated 15th November, 2011 whereby the respondents eviction petition under RC.REV. Nos. 106/2012 & 115/2012 Page 1 of 8 Section 14(1)(e) read with Section 25B of the Delhi Rent Control Act (in short DRC Act) was allowed and the petitioners were directed to vacate the premises which comprises of
