2. The issue in the present case is of enhancement of compensation under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 with L.A Appeal No.311 /2013 Page 1 of 2 respect to land in village Dhool Siras covered under the Award No.27/2002- 03 for notification under Section 4 dated 13.12.2000.
3. The issue in the present case is covered by the judgment passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in L.A. Appeal No.232/2009 titled as Sh. Jai Prakash Vs.
